Shipping Terms

  • FREE economy shipping on orders of $100 CAD or more (before taxes and shipping) in Canada excluding remote & difficult to serve locations.
  • Orders below $100 are subject to a $10 economy shipping fee.
  • All Canadian orders require 5-7 business days of processing time unless otherwise noted on the product page. US orders may take 2-5 weeks.*
  • $16 express shipping is available in Canada, excluding remote and difficult to serve locations.
  • FREE shipping in the United States for orders over $250 CAD. US Orders below $250 CAD are subject to a $20 shipping fee.

Remote Locations excluded from Free Shipping*

Most remote locations are locations that Canada Post refers to as “Air Stage Locations” – locations where mail must be airlifted more than 6 months of the year. Click here for a full list of postal codes ineligible for free economy shipping*. charges the following shipping charges on orders to remote locations:

  •         $29.99 shipping for orders under $99.99         
  •         $49.99 shipping for orders between $100 and $249.99
  •         $74.99 shipping for orders between $250-499.99
  •         $99.99 shipping for orders between $500 and $749.99
  •        $149.99 shipping for orders between $750 and $999.99
  •         $199.99 shipping for orders of $1000+

* Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added. We are currently unable to accept returns from these select locations. Our goal at is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable are not within our return guidelines. We are currently unable to accept returns from US locations. We also cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories:

  • Clearance itmes
  • Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified
  • Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page

*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
